Crawford County Health & Human Services is an Integrated Behavioral Health Clinic. Integrated Behavioral Health Services provide an integrated approach by assisting you with substance use and/or mental health concerns which allow you to take control of your life and become the best version of yourself. Our Behavioral Health Staff are committed to person-centered planning to assist you in meeting your behavioral health goals and improving your life with your family, community, and self. Behavioral Health Services are designed to help you develop the tools and coping skills to manage the emotional and behavioral challenges of your everyday life.
Our Integrated Behavioral Health Clinic provides the following services:
- Individual therapy – Substance Use and Mental Health
- Group Therapy – Substance Use and Mental Health
- Family Therapy
- Psychiatric Evaluations
- Medication Management
- Referrals to Case Management
- pregnant women seeking substance use treatment services are prioritized.
Our outpatient clinic as an equal-access clinic. We serve residents of Crawford County that have insurance and that do not have insurance. We accept most private insurances as well as Badgercare/Forward Health. For Crawford County residents that do not have insurance, there is a sliding fee schedule to make treatment affordable.
