All upcoming classes are free to Crawford County residents. Contributions are accepted at the end of the class.
Strength Training Class: StrongBodies
The ADRC of Crawford County is proud to be offering an evidence-based strength training program for adults 60 and older. The class will guide participants through the program and help them to see improvements in their health and wellness. No experience is necessary to get started. Strength training has been shown to reduce the risk for chronic disease. Strength training also increases strength, muscle mass, and bone density.
OPTION 1
Dates: Every Tuesday & Thursday beginning Tuesday, March 17th and ending Thursday, May 21st.
Time: 1:00PM-2:15PM
Location: Crawford County Administrative Building, 225 N. Beaumont Rd., Prairie du Chien, WI 53821 (Rm 236 on 2nd floor)
OPTION 2
Dates: Every Tuesday & Thursday beginning Tuesday, March 17th and ending Thursday, May 21st.
Time: 10:30AM-11:45AM

Beginner Level Exercise Class for Seniors: Physical Activity for Lifelong Success (PALS)
This is a 10-week program that promotes group exercise and healthy lifestyle choices. This is an evidence-based program. This is for individuals who are 60+ and exercise less than 60 minutes per week.
Dates: Every Monday-Wednesday-Friday beginning Monday, March 16th and ending Friday, May 22nd.
Time: Monday & Friday from 2:00PM-3:00PM. Wednesdays 2:00PM-3:30PM (30 minutes lifestyle class)
Location: Hoffman Hall, 1600 S. Wacouta Ave., Prairie du Chien, WI 53821
