Juvenile Fines and Forfeitures

When a Juvenile receives a citation from Crawford County Sheriff’s Department, the Wisconsin State Patrol, City of Prairie du Chien, and Wisconsin DNR, there will be a court date assigned.  This is a mandatory appearance by the juvenile and parent.  

At the hearing the court will discuss penalties along with alternatives to paying the forfeiture.  This may include:

Community Service
Healthy Futures
Supervision
Teen Court

 Juvenile fines and forfeitures for citations issued by the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department, the Wisconsin State Patrol, City of Prairie du Chien, and Wisconsin DNR should be paid to Juvenile Court, 220 N Beaumont Rd, Prairie du Chien, WI 53821.
