The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Crawford is proud to provide programs that promote health and wellness in adults age 60 and older.

Participation in these programs is free of charge but contributions toward the program are welcome. See below for information on our upcoming classes!

Strength Training Class - StrongBodies

The ADRC of Crawford County is offering an evidence-based strength training program for adults 60 and older. The class will guide participants through the program and help them see improvements in their health and wellness. There is no experience necessary to get started.
